Make losing weight easier

Warm a glass of water. Squeeze half of lime (lemon) into it. Drink it first thing in the morning.

Lime cuts fats and it helps get rid of accumulated fat. So whatever, regimen you are following, you can mix this tip with that. It will help you lose weight faster and much easier.

Most people take juice or soda (cold bevergae) alongwith their meals which add to calories.  Instead if you take fresh lime (at room temperature) it will  quench your thirst, curb your appetite and help you cut down on calories too.

You can also try Lemon tea (without sugar). Other than flushing your fats lime would also flush off toxins, rich with Vitamin C (antioxidant) it will increase your resistance to infections and diseases.

 

(People with high urine frequency or urge incontinence may reduce keep it to half a glass. To add some flavor, just sprinkle some grains of salt or a few drops of honey to it. (People with hypertension and diabetes should avoid salt and people with diabetes should avoid honey).
